职位描述： 1.负责设计、开发和优化Web3搜索推荐算法，提高用户搜索体验和搜索结果的准确性；
2.跟踪和掌握Web3领域的前沿技术和发展趋势，为公司提供技术支持和建议；
3.积极参与团队合作，与产品、设计、运营等部门进行沟通和协作。
职位要求：
1.熟练掌握机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘等相关领域的算法和技术；
2.有搜索推荐或智能推荐系统开发经验，熟悉搜索引擎原理和相关技术，熟悉ES或Solr等搜索引擎工具；
3.熟练使用Python或其他编程语言进行算法开发和模型训练，熟悉常用深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等；
4.良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，积极进取，乐于学习，能够适应快速变化的工作环境。

Job Description: Design, develop and optimize Web3 search and recommendation algorithms to improve user search experience and accuracy of search results;
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Web3 domain, and provide technical support and advice to the company;
